EXCELLENT REVIEWS FOR 'BLUEBERRY BOAT'

'Blueberry Boat', which is available to buy in the US, has been getting excellent reviews from US press.

Pitchfork have given the album a whopping 9.6/10 saying: "The Fiery Furnaces have made [...] a record for the overgrown part of our brain that craves engrossing complexity. The exuberant overload of Blueberry Boat will thrill and transport you with the ineluctable force of a great children's story, one whose execution matches its imagination. "

Similarly positive, Billboard.com gave the album 7/10, saying: ""Blueberry Boat" will confuse first-timers with its cartoonish feel, but repeated listens start to reveal the subtle complexities that each song brings to the table, regardless of their seemingly short attention spans."

On the other hand, a negative review comes from mainstream US music magazine Blender, who, in their August 2004 issue, write, giving it 2/5: "Save all this stuff for when you're in front of the mirror, kids."
